To me Mexico has this grumpy dog face, I have however specifically chosen three pictures of him where this is largely not the case, but he falters because he reminds me of a bulldog.

This guy just reminds me of King Julian from Madagascar... don't you think? I just can't take him seriously, honestly when I saw that he'd won Mister Photogenic I thought they were telling a huge joke - but in fact it was true! - come on he only has like one great photo and that was taken outside of the pageant!
